Pets could be included in restraining orders under new legislation

Robbyn Bowman testified last year in support of a bill that would extend restraining-order protection to pets of domestic violence victims. During a divorce in 2006, Bowman lost her dog, named Lambeau, at the hands of her abusive ex-husband.
